Ingredients

6-7 Chunks          Frozen Pineapple
50 ml                    Sugar Girl Rum
1 Tsp                      Simple Syrup
50 ml                    Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp                   Coconut Cream

SERVES 1

In a blender mix all the ingrediants with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass, garnish with fresh pineapple and serve.
